Health and Safety

Our number one priority at Sinewave is to ensure that our staff, contractors and clients, are kept safe from all incidents and accidents. Sinewave is committed to implementing a positive safety culture, through leadership and employee involvement. Sinewave strongly believes that all accidents are preventable and that if work cannot be carried out in a safe and responsible manner then it should not be carried out at all.

Sinewave is committed to the continual improvement of health & safety and complies with all legal obligations as a minimum, along with being certified to ISO 45001:2018. Health and Safety performance is continuously monitored and reviewed monthly, to ensure the company is on track to outperform annual health and safety targets.

Quality

Sinewave know that our customers expect a continually improving service. We achieve this by using our quality management system that is certified with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. It includes a commitment to meet the requirements of our clients, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Every individual in our team is responsible for the quality of their work. We provide all necessary training and we have established systems to assist in achieving the standards expected. While we endeavour to produce work and offer a service that we can be proud of, we recognise that we don’t always achieve our own standards. When a customer has an issue, we are committed to investigating immediately and will do our best to put right all justified complaints.

Our Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality system and reports regularly to the Managing Director on the system’s implementation, status and effectiveness against the business plan.

Environment

Sinewave has been certified to the international standard ISO14000:2015 which specifies the requirements for an effective environmental management system. The purpose of this is to ensure Sinewave minimise negative impacts to the environment. We comply with applicable laws, regulations and requirements.

Sinewave works extensively in the renewable energy sector and our clients have assets nationwide. We therefore, have the need to travel widely across the UK, maintaining our clients’ assets to the highest level. As an example of minimising our impact on vehicle emissions, we have trackers fitted to all operational vehicles and can monitor driver performance as well as plan our logistics in the most efficient manner. We encourage efficient driving in order to reduce our fuel use and consequent co2 emissions.
