The objectives of this workshop are:
- Able to explain how and why coaching is integral to being a great people leader
- State the essential characteristics and skills needed to be an effective coach
- Describe the spectrum of coaching styles – tell to sell and be able to recognise which style to use.
- Able to explain how different models work and provide examples of how they can be used to support coaching
- Demonstrate capability to hold an effective coaching session using the GROW model
