With almost 100 employees, not only is Sinewave now a leading UK ICP (Independent Connections Provider), but also the first and only B Corp certified ICP in the world - an achievement we hold in high esteem.

A celebration of this can be seen at our annual Summer Standdown for Safety: a dedicated companywide get-together, that unites our teams, to celebrate shared values, strengthen our workplace culture, and prioritise wellbeing across the board.

Our Summer Standdown was the perfect way to celebrate our team’s achievements over our 10 years. The day featured company updates, safety discussions and VIP awards to shine a light on the team members who embody our core values; all nominated by other members of the team.

In true Sinewave spirit, we rounded the day off with an inflatable obstacle course, live music, and the star of the show: our very own Sinewave-branded Champagne Buckaroo.

We never stand still and always strive to ‘be what’s next’. Over the next five years, we are dedicated to advancing innovation, safety, communication and growth. We remain committed to building partnerships, advancing EV, solar, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), sustainable infrastructure, all while actively driving better frameworks, smarter delivery, and seamless energisation.
