In support of the UK’s growing demand for high-speed EV infrastructure, PoGo Charge launched a national roll-out of ultra-rapid EV charging hubs. Sinewave has been appointed to manage the delivery of this programme on behalf of SWARCO across a prospective 38 sites, covering locations in England, Scotland and Wales. Each site requires a tailored design and delivery that maintains consistency, safety, and programme efficiency.
Our role encompasses full turnkey project delivery—spanning feasibility, grid connection, site build, and energisation—ensuring that each site is delivered on time and to specification.
Principal Contractor
As Principal Contractor, our scope of work includes:
Health and safety compliance under CDM 2015 across multiple concurrent sites
Coordinating and managing regional supply chains and specialist subcontractors
Standardising site setup procedures and delivery documentation
Managing RAMS, permits, and site inspections across diverse environments (e.g., retail parks, forecourts, roadside locations)
We developed a scalable delivery model, which allowed us to mobilise efficiently at each new location while maintaining a high standard of delivery and compliance expected by SWARCO.
