Being people first & backing our team

In 2023 Sinewave made eighteen internal promotions as backing our people first approach pays dividends.

At Sinewave we invest in our people. From our internal training academy to line managers supporting professional development and a mentoring program we strive to support professional development of all of our team. Why? Because we care and because it benefits both the team and the business.

That approach has paid dividends in 2023 with us able to support our growth by making senior appointments from within. What is most notable is that these promotions have been across the whole business from jointing supervisor Tom Flavell to Technical Manager Scott McQuaide in operations. The major projects team has seen a project manager promotion from our EV team while this team has been bolstered with promotions as well as new appointments. Sinewave now has 9 project managers across both area’s, and we’re already recruiting our tenth.

Within the office we have seen promotions within the business support team and we’re delighted to congratulate Tony Jackson in his promotion to Department Head looking after Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

We’ve seen a new Senior Designer appointment with Hugh Chambers stepping up and Tamara Southworth has stepped into the role of Maintenance Operations Manager. This isn’t the full story, we’ve celebrated more promotions across the team.

Over this period Sinewave has grown to almost eighty employees as the business continues to grow. We thank all of our team for their support so far and we look forward to being able to share more successes together.
