Sinewave appoints Jim Arnold as new Non-Executive Chairman
We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Jim Arnold as Sinewave’s new Non-Executive Chairman. This move further establishes us as an industry leader, equipping our incredible team with more top-level talent and experience.
Jim has over 40 years of experience in the UK infrastructure market. His leadership at M Group Services reflects a deep understanding of regulated and commercial infrastructure environments, as well as large-scale contract delivery and capital projects.

Jim’s progression as a leader and tenure as CEO of multi-billion-pound M Group Services exemplify his ability to deliver large-scale growth. He was a key presence at Morrison Utility Services for over 20 years, helping to facilitate growth and navigate change, leading them as CEO for a further 6 years.
Jim has transitioned from Executive Director to COO, then CEO, and most recently Deputy Chairman. He also brings experience in a Non-Executive Chair role at Axis CLC Group. Jim’s fundamentals lie in effectively scaling operations and professionalising highly profitable businesses. In that time, he’s demonstrated expertise in governance, strategic oversight, and succession planning.
This track record of effectively translating vision allows us to capitalise on recent growth and strive towards our greater ambitions. Jim will serve a vital role in providing strategic guidance and operational experience, helping us go from strength to strength.
